My ex boyfriend lives about 8 or 9 hours away from me. We met online, talked for about 4 months, and finally met 2 weeks ago. During that time on the phone before meeting, we exchanged photos, spoke on the phone everyday for hours, and even used web cam together. We basically fell in love with each other. He said that he loved me deeply. About a week after we met, he tells me that the distance is too much for us to be together, and breaks the relationship off. In one night, he goes from calling me multiple times to once late at night just for masturbation or apparently when he鈥檚 bored . I love him so much and tell him this. He tells me that he loves me too, but he鈥檚 not calling, and when we do speak, he鈥檚 talking about meeting up with new guys and having sex with them. How can someone move on so fast?? This is all making me feel awful and so sick to my stomach. How can I stand to listen to all of this from a guy that I love so much? Should I place his number on my cell phone鈥檚 block list and forget all about him because this is causing me so much grief? Its depressing me and making my stomach hurt. I tell him not to tell me these things, but he still does it. I find myself just waiting by the phone for his calls? Should I dismiss him from my life?Gay Relationship Advice?

Thats the trouble with internet dating. People build up images of people from just a photo or a phone call, and no matter how good the pictures are, the person you meet is never the same.

If he's hurting you this badly, I think you know the right move because you said it: Block him and dismiss him from your life. Otherwise, it'll continue to drag on like this.

obviously your meeting did not go well.... people are different in person and if that spark was not there then you should move on.... you can still be friends but he is not into you so move on
