Needs relationship advice?

I have been messing around with this girl on/off for 5 years. I went awy for four years. When i came home for leave, she came over. She got married 3 yrs ago. We started back messing around a year after she got married. She gets verbally and emotionally abused. She runs to me whenever she can wihich is whenever her husband is gone. I really care for her. I tried toget her to leave her husband, but she doesnt. she tells me that she loves me, but I feel like i am number 2. I dont know that to do. Either i can go be into the military and go overseasor i can turn off my emotions and feel nothing what do i do?Needs relationship advice?
Why do you bother yourself with all this drama. If she is cheating on her husband then she is not worht your time. Plus, you gave her an option to leave her husband and she doesn't want to. Don't let her waste your time find someone you can have a normal life with no drama attached. Do what will make your life happy and don't think too much about this problem. In the end you life only once, don't waste your chance at life.
