hun take some time for yourself and not rush into another relationship. if this guy likes you he will still be around later. you got hurt already and don't want to make the mistake of being with this guy for the wrong reasons. give yourself time to heal from the other ones and to get over your ex.Relationship advice?
Your question was a little hard for me to follow but it sounds like you like your friends brother, but you have been hurt by past relationships, and you are still in love with your ex.... If the guy you like is a nice decent guy, then you could try going on a date with him to see if you are ready, you don't have to commit to anything right away. Just take it slow. Good Luck :)
