Need relationship advice?

My bf always tells me these mushy lovey dovey stuff like “ever since u left u've taken my heart with u or i want to live forever with u” stuff like that, it's so sweet %26amp; romantic..the problem? I can't come up with absolutely anything mushy to say to him!! I draw a blank! I really care for him, i always want 2b with him...i can't express it in words. He's told me that just because he's a guy it doesn't mean he doesn't want to hear romantic stuff like that, he's always waiting 4 me 2 say something but i just can't. He seems to good 2b true, almost 2yrs ago he had broken up with his ex, only because she cheated on him when she left the country, that's why i'm afraid he might still have feelings 4 her. I don't want 2b a rebound. What should i do? What happens if she where 2 come back? They have practically the same friendsNeed relationship advice?
